If you worked outside of California, Submit a Claim and Receive a Payment
To receive a cash payment from the Settlement, if you worked for Defendants outside of California, you must submit a claim to receive a payment.

After final approval by the Court, the payment will be mailed to you at the same address as this Class Notice. If your address has changed, please notify the Settlement Administrator. In exchange for the settlement payment, you will release claims against the Defendants as detailed in the Class Notice.
If you worked in California, Do Nothing and Receive a Payment
To receive a cash payment from the Settlement, if you worked for the Defendants in California, you do not have to do anything to receive a payment.
After final approval by the Court, the payment will be mailed to you at the same address as this Class Notice. If your address has changed, please notify the Settlement Administrator as explained below. In exchange for the settlement payment, you will release claims against the Defendant as detailed In the Class Notice.
Exclude Yourself
If you wish to exclude yourself from the Settlement, you must send a written request for exclusion to the Settlement Administrator. If you request exclusion, you will receive no money from the Settlement. Instructions are set forth in the Class Notice.
